Many insurances cover services for Nutrition Counseling. Every insurance and plan are different in coverage. It will be necessary for you to contact your insurance company, prior to the first appointment, to determine the number of visits, diagnosis, and co-pays or deductibles to be met. I am currently a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Appointments can be scheduled by phone. Please contact me by phone, private message or email with a best time to reach you and I will return your call as soon as possible.
  • How soon will my emails or calls be responded to?
Emails are typically answered within 24-48 hours.

There is no set hours of operation and appointments are determined based on availability.

Nutrition Therapy is very individualized, and this will vary with each person based on any number of factors.
  • How often will I need to come for appointments?
This is also a very individualized with no specific time frame between visits. Typically, first 1-3 visits are closer together and visits may become further apart as one becomes more confident in their ability to maintain the skills taught.
  • Can my symptoms be fully alleviated by meditation and/or mindfulness practices?
Each one experiences the tools of mindfulness in a unique way. Although you can read about how others were impacted by practicing these tools in their life, mindfulness and meditation practice is a very experiential practice that one must participate in to see the benefits of it manifested in their life in a particular way.
