Join Lisa for this guided Yoga Nidra meditation leaving you feeling relaxed
and present. Yoga Nidra is a very powerful, instructor-guided meditation
done while lying down (or if you prefer, seated) comfortably. It promotes
deep rest and relaxation, calming the nervous system and working on
many levels of well-being.
No experience with meditation is necessary. This mind body therapy
can be equivalent to several hours of sleep and has been taught by ancient
practitioners for thousands of years.
Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, and small pillow and blanket will be
needed for class.
