Join Lisa for this guided Yoga Nidra leaving you feeling relaxed and present. Yoga Nidra is a very powerful, instructor guided meditation done while lying down (or if you prefer, seated) comfortably. It promotes deep rest and relaxation, calming the nervous system and working on many levels of well-being. No experience with meditation necessary. This mind body therapy can be equivalent to several hours of sleep and has been taught by ancient practitioners for thousands of years. You will benefit most in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed.
