About the event

When:  Tuesday, July 7, 21 -  6:30-7:15 PM             Wednesday, July 15 - 8:30-9:15 AM Where: The Center for Mind Body Nutrition               237 Sugarloaf Heights Road                Drums,  PA  18222 Facilitated by: Lisa Wolk, RDN, LDN Welcome to the Outdoor Summer Meditation Series.  Hope you can join us for one or all of these donation based classes.  For your safety, all classes will be held outdoors on our beautiful deck, weather permitting. Classes may be added as we move forward and if there is enough interest.   This is an opportunity to return to practice or for those wishing to begin.  All experienced or beginning meditators welcome.  As always, we practice together in this moment, and start wherever we are.  There is no perfect time to begin, to learn, or to grow.  Would love to see old and new friends as we spend some quiet time together in community.  You will be guided in a combination of the following practices: Seated Mindfulness Meditation - Breath Awareness, loving-kindness or metta, Open Awareness Lying Down Practice - Body Scan Walking Meditation Moving Mindfulness Practice Space is limited and signup is required by PM, email @ mindbodynutrition@frontier.com or text to 570-233-3459 Suggested Donation within your ability. Please remember this a suggestion to assist in keeping our studio open, but it is not a requirement to attend class.  Please read the safety guidelines prior to attending. SAFETY GUIDELINES **Please be mindful of social distancing upon entering the outdoor venue as we want everyone to feel comfortable.  We will have the chairs kept a minimum of 6 ft from one another.  All chairs will be disinfected after class. **You will be responsible for bringing your own props for comfort, blankets, mats.  You may also choose to bring something to rest your feet on when doing seated meditations and a blanket for under your knees when lying down.   **There will be hand sanitizer available. **There will be candles 🕯 to keep the natural insect world a safe distance away.
