3-WEEK FALL SERIES
If you have wanted to learn meditation or renew your practice, this is the
series for you!
Join us as we explore a series of mindfulness practices and tools for
assisting in calming the mind and body during stressful and challenging
times. Learn to recognize stress and relaxation in the body and improve
resiliency to respond and grow from challenges in a healthier way.
*This is an educational program with experiential learning sessions*
Guidance will be provided to assist in developing an at home practice.
WHEN: Sundays, September 25, October 2 and 9.
September 18 th Introductory Session 6-7:30 PM
TIME: 6:30-7:30 PM – October 2 and 9
COST: $60.00 for 3-week series
No meditation experience required. Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, and
small pillow and blanket will be needed for class.
