This weekly 30-minute meditation class is for those wanting to begin a
meditation practice or those with an ongoing practice. All are welcome for
this virtual series where we will practice together in community. Feel free to
join in on any of the weekly sessions offered. Remembering that each time
we “take our seat” in meditation, we are beginning again.
Nothing special is needed, just willingness, curiosity, and a quiet comfortable space.
No experience with meditation necessary. You will benefit most in a
quiet and comfortable environment where you will not be disturbed.
Begin or end your day with a relaxing meditation practice. Dates may
change month to month!
